Story rating issue

Story is: Just Across the Fence Ch 8
For several weeks has had a rating of 4.75 on 4 votes. Today rating changed to 3.8 on 5 votes. The math only makes this possible if someone gave it a rating of 0-as in, zero. How is this possible? I thought the lowest possible rating was 1.
Unless, also today, a previous vote was changed by the person who submitted it; is that possible?

It is possible to change a rating on the front end and I assume that it would affect the averages.

Seems a more likely expanation than a zero score.

OK, thanks. Weird that it happened on the same day someone added a new rating, but I agree that is the likely explanation. Thanks for the input.
