A young frat boy has a hobby of flashing women in his neighborhood. For this, he leaves his home, wearing nothing but a trench coat, shoes, and a mask. For months he has been able to get the jump on his targets, and outrun anyone who was willing to go after him. However, when he decides to target a group of six women, they leave him in a humiliating position that he must use his cunning to get out of.
