you might need to resubmit? like you didn't agree to the terms of Lit or something.

Pending means your story is being reviewed. It can take up to 7-10 days to be approved and posted. Since I haven't submitted a story in too long I'm not familar with anything new from updated versions of software Lit uses.

If you've submitted your story in the last day or so I'd give things some time and not be concerned as yet.
