I have two story edits (change in title, category, intro, etc - the stories themselves are unchanged) pending since 10 September. I contacted Lit already three times enquiring about the delay, without response or progress.
I also submitted a another story on the same day, which was sent back. I updated what I thought was the problem and resubmitted on 12 September. I enquired about the delay without any progress of feedback. The story still shows 'pending'.
Any feedback will be appreciated.
