El Seed

In his matador outfit and with a giant sunflower head, El Seed attempted to take over The City using his cropdusting spray that animated plantlife. Luckily, The Tick and Arthur, disguised as corn soldiers, foiled El Seed and the evil Bee Twins' plans before they got out of hand.
El Seed also attempted to steal the 400 Year Bloom, a flower that blooms every 400 years. Nice, happy music must be played around the 400 Year Bloom to keep it from blooming the bad way. The Tick, Arthur and American Maid saved The City by stopping El Seed and keeping the flower from blooming incorrectly.

Mr. Smarty Pants (The Fin)

Mr. Smart Pants was a highly intelligent dolphin who worked for Soren and Fredrica, world famous enter-trainers. He planned his escape and then changed his identity to The Fin. With several animal rights followers including Squeeky, Ishmael and Billy, The Fin planned to activate a giant fish magnet providing his hunger with an endless supply of fish. The Tick and Arthur were called in to return Mr. Smarty Pants to his rightful place as the main attraction with Soren and Fredrica.
