Stopping the Caravan.....maybe.

Lemme get this straight. Thousands of desperate Hondurans - men, women, and children - have band together for a thousands of miles trek for the express purpose of embarrassing Trump?

Meth. It's a helluva drug. :(

He's a dumbfuck liar.

You know that you've won the argument when the democrats resort to calling you a racist (or any other invective).

Shagly's little photo is a clear indication that he/she/it doesn't have a clue as to what the legal immigration numbers are and have been for decades. Along with a clear implication that the mere enforcement of existing law is somehow racist.

12 of the 'caravaneer's' have filed suit in the DC federal court on the grounds that Trump is violating their civil rights. They aren't in the country, they've had no contact with US officials, and they are in violation of international law, but by God they think they're citizens already. Fucking amazing.

As foreigners they have no constitutional rights either. Can't wait for that suit to get to the SCOTUS.

Report: Some In New Migrant Caravan Heading To US Have Weapons, Guns, Molotov Cocktails.

SHOOT EM DEAD!

The CinC said yesterday that a thrown rock will be considered by our military to be a firearm. It is assault with a deadly weapon.

Of course they have. E.g., they can demonstrate politically. They can't vote, but they can engage in any other form of political participation. They have the right to due process, etc. The Bill of Rights applies to foreigners.

Generally speaking, U.S. citizens have only two sets of legal rights foreigners have not: (1) the right to vote and hold office; (2) the right to live and work in the U.S. Even convicts have that right -- exile is a punishment unknown to American law.

United States jurisdiction, thus the Constitution, does not apply to foreign nationals caravaning in Mexico.

"12 of the 'caravaneer's' have filed suit in the DC federal court"? How is that even possible?

Quotes from here - https://thehill.com/blogs/pundits-b...yes-illegal-aliens-have-constitutional-rights

Zadvydas v. Davis - "due process" of the 14th Amendment applies to all aliens in the United States whose presence maybe or is "unlawful, involuntary or transitory."

Plyler v. Doe - "The illegal aliens who are ... challenging the state may claim the benefit of the Equal Protection clause which provides that no state shall 'deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.' Whatever his status under immigration laws, an alien is a 'person' in any ordinary sense of the term ... the undocumented status of these children does not establish a sufficient rational basis for denying benefits that the state affords other residents."

Almeida-Sanchez v. United States - " all criminal charge-related elements of the Constitution's amendments (the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and the 14th) such as search and seizure, self-incrimination, trial by jury and due process, protect non-citizens, legally or illegally present."

Go sit in the corner with Glen Beck, Vettie.

They are being guided by left-wing immigration lawyers.

The same mentality that files suit on behalf of a horse.

The Democrats have lawyers here in the United States ready to subvert the President of the United States. The SCOTUS will affirm the powers of the CinC to defend the borders with military force.

all of a sudden

the WE HATE AND MUST ELIMINATE the 2A crowd

LOVES THE CONSITUTION

funny

No?

NO!

I'd pay to see these geriatric tough guys try and stop the caravan without breaking a hip. Pathetic old men...lmao

Your hero Scalia ruled in 1993 that "it is well established that the Fifth Amendment entitles aliens to due process of law in a deportation proceeding."

Bob Corker defends caravan migrants: What would you do if you lived in countries like theirs?

So Bobby, this means ANYONE can come in anytime from anywhere?

For refugees and asylum-seekers, that's a big fat yes, dumbass.
