I honestly don't know where you get your energy from! (...maybe it's all those protein shakes you drink throughout the day!)

Have to say though all those workouts are certainly keeping you tight little bod in excellent shape.

I'm sure we could come to some sort of mutual agreement with the gym next door - if I could leave that in your capable hands, but run it by Sally first what it is that you're proposing ...maybe she would like some 'input' too.

I think luring all those fit bodies into the café would be good for business and we can promote the benefits of a good healthy hard workout!

Instead of the two big tanks, we have smaller glass tanks (...less space and you can see the 'product!') ...and we express milk 'n' glaze as and when needed! I'm sure the customers would happily wait and watch as their 'ingredients' are being prepared straight from the source!

I'm afraid it's back to the factory for you Anja and more research, but I'll make sure wolfie has some time set aside to look after you when you get back.
