Yup I’m awake. Had a busy day. Went to the zoo…. Saw the elephants. Safe to say this one is a male…

And you know I am always busy! I’m beginning to think you are right… I do need an assistant… someone to do the prep and the cleaning so I can have some down time. My muscles are aching so much. I’ve walked close to 12km (7.5 miles) today and the day isn’t over yet!

I should have had a hang over today. BUT apparently I was unable to get drunk despite all that I drunk last night. I got tipsy at best. Was very disappointed that I was unable to get drunk. :(

Excellent! I may have to trial a few people… see if I can find the right fit for the business and see if they can meet my demands…
 
How are the 'interviews' going Minxee?

Can't believe the response we've had to the sign! 😲 (...actually I can!).
No one has actually asked what the pay is like or even if it's a paid position!

Slowly getting through them… I still haven’t found the right candidate yet. It might take some time… I may even need to do a group interview to see how they go working as a team… 🤔

@Mr X when do you want to know a outcome by? Just so I know how long I have to look for someone. Do I go with the first person who impressed me or do I have time to see what else there is…?
I may also need to set up some trials for those who make it past the interview stage…

We need to make sure we get the right candidates! ...so it takes as long as it takes!
I remember when Anja was recruiting Creamers and Glazers! ...we were inundated with applicants and it took her weeks and even then she was putting in 15 hour days! 😲😈

Maybe narrow it down to a dozen or so to come back for a 'second interview' and organise some practical assessments too! ANd if you do need any help, I'm sure Anja or Honey would be happy to help anyway they can!
