We use it in certain recipes. And when I say "we" I mean my wife uses it in certain recipes.
I just bought some for the first time at a Korean grocer a few days ago, and I've been dipping everything into it. It's probably even good with ferret.

The great thing about ferret is that it goes with almost anything. Like a hairy chicken.
NO ONE EATS FERRET, THEY ARE TOO ADORABLE.
Warning, caps above.
We first bought it for a korean noodle recipe we were trying, worked out well. It's good stuff. And lasts a while. Unless you're putting in on everything.
Fish are good fried or baked, just saying.
Fish balls dipped in hot sauce.
My first experience with it was when a chef friend put out a dipping sauce for veggies tempura. It was mayo and sriracha, and it was amazing! Cholula is another great hot sauce.
I think that's prohibited by the Geneva Convention.
I think it's legal under 200,000 Scoville units. If not, the IDF is gonna be in some serious trouble.
I've never had Cholula. It sounds Mexican. I like it when hot sauce has a good flavor besides just being spicy.
Fortunately for them matzos don't get the same protections.
Exactly. Unlike Tabasco, Cholula tastes good on its own. Especially good in Bloody Mary or on eggs.
I mix it in any eggs I make. Also Greek yogurt and sriracha for veggies. I put it in my non-chicken and dumplings soup.
If I had an Asian restaurant, it would be called "Wang Dang's Sweet Poontang".
Unless your restaurant was a cover for a brothel, I doubt you'd get any customers.
Dinner and a show.
