Hello all!
So, I was having lunch today and just could not help but notice that several of the women around me were wearing short skirts without nylons. There were several things about the whole scene that I found affecting me.
This place has small tables, with no table cloths. Tables are arranged in a wide semi-circle, and I was sitting at an end with an unobstructed view of the other tables. The furniture does not obscure the view of a seated person. I was able to people-watch while talking to my co-worker seated across from me.
Several of the tables had attractive women sitting at them. The gals were easily in their 30s or perhaps early 40s and were wearing nice skirts, and even tho one was faded denim it was still tasteful. I wouldn't call them mini skirts. When standing most come to just above mid-thigh, but when the ladies were sitting down the skirts were pushed up so that the entire outer thigh was showing almost to the cheek. Each lady kept her legs tastefully crossed, which also meant I could see the way their bare feet fit into their shoes. I don't consider myself to have a foot fetish, but it was a very powerful image when a lady dangled her shoe from her bare foot. All in all, the natural skin tones against the dark chairs, outer thighs exposed, inner thighs disappearing beneath crossed legs and then into the shadow of a mostly pushed up shirt was very powerful. I think moreso than porn.
I don't know if this is the latest fashion trend, or if it's just spring time, but wow I like it. These women were not model-thin, but were comfortable in their own skins. I don't think they were just looking for a reaction. At least, they were not openly looking around to see who was checking out their legs. Do you ladies dress like that because it gives you a little kick to show off your legs, or is it just ho-hum didn't even think about it when I put this lil' ol' thing on?
It got me to thinking, "would I want my wife to dress like that?" I know that when she's showing a little clevage, I get turned on checking out my own wife
so I am pretty sure that would also do it for me, especially on a night out. These weren't teenage girls, and I don't feel like a perv for checking out the legs of a 30 year old. I love looking at natural skin, especially my wife's but she's a fairly conservative dresser. Maybe that made looking at these women so powerful.
I learned a long time ago how to discretely appreciate a lady's charms, and I don't leer or ogle, but I *really* enjoyed my lunch hour today. I am not sure how I'd feel about other guys checking out the way my wife's legs disappear into her skirt, no matter how discrete they are. Does that sound like a double-standard?
Light sun dresses have the same effect on me, but I've never asked my wife to wear one because it just isn't her style. Would you wear something in public for your lover if it turned them on, but might likely also draw attention from other men?
