Thank you You must have a very good palette. If I remember, this cake was a 4-layer carrot cake with alternating caramel cream and cream cheese frostings in the middle....rolled fondant on the outside (the little balls at the base were marzipan) and the shells were white chocolate with edible luster dust for the coloring
