I've lost 56lbs since the first of the year. No pasta, bread, potatoes, rice, corn flakes, dough, donuts, wheaties, bagels, english muffins, etc. Did I mention dough?

That and some exercize (after the first twenty, it got much easier).

I don't argue when a woman says she has to lose weight, because it does me no good, but you look fine. no offense to you or devilboy.

I haven't a clue how to lose weight, I've been trying for months to lose 15-20 lbs, myself.

Lo

I've seen the commercials for that diet deal - and think that it must be extremely unhealthy. The whole idea is to eat Special K for 2 of your 3 meals a day. I can't believe that the company is promoting the use of its cereal for dieting purposes. There must be a more healthy way to trim up than to eat sacks of grain flakes for your primary nutrition.

First let me say you look very desireable.

I lost 35 lbs. over a period of between 6 mo. and a year. No special diet and I ate anything I wanted when I wanted. The only thing I did was to quit eatting when no longer hungry instead of eating until full. It worked for me and the girl who told me about it. After a short while you won't require the same amount of food to feel full.

Good Luck, Syn
