There is no single song out of the Hundreds of Millions/Billions of written songs in historical existence, which more appropriately suites the mood, and feel of end times other than "the day the whole world went away" by nine inch nails.

Armageddon is more possible in the 21st century than it has ever been at any other point in history. Not even during the peaks of the cold war.

I don't have any problem with the apocalypse, as long as Britney Spears, Madonna, and Angelina Jolie perish in that global cataclysm as well.
