Son is able to freeze his mother with hypnosis, until something unexpected happens

The hypnotist seemingly undoes all the commands, but the son realizes later than he forgot to undo the command to make her freeze. He tries it a few times, and sure enough, it works, with the mother being none the wiser.

One evening, she's on the couch, wearing pyjama shorts. The son can't help but notice her legs, and freezes her, so he can look at her for a while. He eventually gets bolder and starts to feel up her thighs. He continues this over the next few days, starting to feel up her chest, as well. Not having had much experience with girls in high school, he also starts to practice kissing while she's frozen. As this continues, something surprising starts to happen.

He notices that his mother stops being impatient with him and starts to be more friendly, playful, and even starts to flirt with him a bit. She also starts to dress a bit sexier around him, wearing short skirts or shorts and stuff. The son speculates that his actions while she's frozen, even though she's unaware, are causing her to subconsciously see him as a sexual partner. Cool idea. I'd push it further and have do everything short of penetrate her while frozen.

She would end up getting so attracted to him and wouldn't know why. Eventually she can't resist and shows up in his room in lingerie. She "seduces" him and they make love. He decides he never needs to use the command again.

This idea reminds me of the "Switch-On" series, where people use a subdermal device to alter people's personalities through suggestions and it backfires in sexual ways. The first story is about a mom who relies on her son to help her quit smoking and he winds up influencing her into an incestuous relationship. The second part is of a mom who wants her two adult children to behave and stop fighting each other but it ends up with them having sex on the couch while she's trying in vain to get them to stop, etc.
