I just don't see this as being very realistic, the bully is like a dom, he would be the one fucking the wimpy kids mom. Okay. So going with the idea that bullies are created and not born that way... Bullies mom is disgusted with the lack of her kid's academic performance. "You're an idiot" is one of the milder forms of belittlement she uses as motivation. Bully suffers of course from low self-esteem - along with impulse control, lashing out etc. etc. In a case of nurture and not nature - mom has a lot of the same problems. And of course since she's a star member of the PTA - she can't help but add "Why can't you be more like 'Tom/Dick/Saul/Chenglie'?

Para 2. Bullies dad is absent - busy at work, busy playing golf, busy schmoozing clients, busy being successful, busy fucking every other skirt besides his wife. Bullies mom suspects but has yet to find proof - so she hatches a scheme. Of course her chardonnay fueled afternoons along with poor impulse control contribute to her plans.

Para 3. Revenge of the Nerds. One of the bullies victims lives close by - bullies mom learns the kid is good with computers (or whatever!), contrives a way to invite him over - seduction occurs. The twist? Kid uses his new found leverage - along with the poor impulse control AND that third glass of chardonnay - and BAM. His two (or three, or...) buddies are along for the next round. I'm not really looking for it to be realistic in that sense I'm looking for more of an intentional revenge. I agree with the flip like I mentioned about a co-worker in one of my comments. I was just saying the guy being bulled wouldn't most likely be fucking the bully's mom. I'm just into being submissive myself to a dominant man, so I would think of the bully like in most cases fucking the mom, the bulled guy's wife or GF. Most of the time, it's about the push/pull of the strong v. meek and little about Mom (who's the pivot and holds a ton of cards/leverage)

At wits end, meek cases out bully's house for a window where he's gone. Being denied female attention at school due to status, he (logically) develops a crush voyeuring in the bushes.

Bully leaves, meek has an honest but confident (cutting against stereotype) discussion w/Mom. She's surprised by his candor and the clash of the acts inflicted upon him yet he's not the least bit whiny, meek, or backing down even in the face of mounting losses. This frames this exchange as his rallying after tactical withdrawal not "running to my bully's mommy." Important motivation framing for Mom. (pity fuck is generic and overdone) She can reasonably spark off this exchange to fall for him in the future if narrative goes that direction.

Motivation Mom: At the end of her rope for years over son's anti-social behavior. He's on last strike at school. Expulsion will bring DGAF Dad and military school into the picture. Maybe this tightens the purse strings she uses to medicate her loneliness, lack of desire from her husband. She's tried everything. Nearing willing to hail mary.

Motivation meek: Make the misery stop. Hopefully regain some female peers attentions before graduation. Build up his confidence both in formulating a crazy plan and executing it successfully. Spend time with bully's Mom gaining high level experience "from a real woman" to use communicating with girls once bully dealt with.

Shared goal: Two can hatch a plan to get bully back in line. Doesn't have to be legs up mom immediately. Meek can "steal" underwear from mom showing he's gotten into the heart of Bully's castle. Or, more complicated, Mom is no stranger to neighborhood events, she can sneak off at a party and steal Bully's fellow female classmates underwear to be used in some framing capacity. Bully has zero credibility. (maybe he's friends with girl's brother so reasonable house access) Meek can talk to girl alone about "Bully bragging about them doing stuff, she gave to him." and saving her dignity/social standing before it's too late, etc. Meek can plant on Bully later white knighting by demanding he show bookbag/open locker, etc. Gets the utter shit kicked out of himself in front of whole school knowing this is the final time, he'll gain crazy status for fighting some girls fight for her when he has no immediate obvious benefit. Maybe girl falls for him a bit and he's conflicted by finally attention/knowing how he got it. Again, we are opening paths and branches.

Meek growth: Solves his problem. Suddenly garnering female attention at school which makes Bully's mom less of a necessity so further conflict to mine. HS seniors to real woman dynamics. How much of a bond did the two form? Does chasing her feelings risk a bully slide back meaning she hurts the one she "loves" by trying for that love?

Mom disempowered, giving up pity sex for penance for "bad parenting" is cliché and really quick to payoff (thus painting yourself in a corner) Kinda insults the meek character too.

My ideas are not the end all be all but an invitation to think creatively outside the usual (Mom's) box.
