I agree with the flip like I mentioned about a co-worker in one of my comments. I was just saying the guy being bulled wouldn't most likely be fucking the bully's mom. This frames this exchange as his rallying after tactical withdrawal not "running to my bully's mommy." Important motivation framing for Mom. (pity fuck is generic and overdone) She can reasonably spark off this exchange to fall for him in the future if narrative goes that direction.

Motivation Mom: At the end of her rope for years over son's anti-social behavior. He's on last strike at school. Expulsion will bring DGAF Dad and military school into the picture. Maybe this tightens the purse strings she uses to medicate her loneliness, lack of desire from her husband. She's tried everything. Nearing willing to hail mary.

Motivation meek: Make the misery stop. Hopefully regain some female peers attentions before graduation. Build up his confidence both in formulating a crazy plan and executing it successfully. Spend time with bully's Mom gaining high level experience "from a real woman" to use communicating with girls once bully dealt with.

Shared goal: Two can hatch a plan to get bully back in line. Doesn't have to be legs up mom immediately. Meek can "steal" underwear from mom showing he's gotten into the heart of Bully's castle. Maybe girl falls for him a bit and he's conflicted by finally attention/knowing how he got it. Again, we are opening paths and branches.

Meek growth: Solves his problem. Suddenly garnering female attention at school which makes Bully's mom less of a necessity so further conflict to mine. HS seniors to real woman dynamics. How much of a bond did the two form? Does chasing her feelings risk a bully slide back meaning she hurts the one she "loves" by trying for that love?

Mom disempowered, giving up pity sex for penance for "bad parenting" is cliché and really quick to payoff (thus painting yourself in a corner) Kinda insults the meek character too.

My ideas are not the end all be all but an invitation to think creatively outside the usual (Mom's) box.

I'm not trying to be realistic to be honest, I like characters who fight back or at least trying to get revenge not necessarily violent which a lot of the revenge stories go to that I've seen. I think this is a great basis for the idea. After an opening scene of the bully being a dick to MC, cut to after school where MC is staying late to help plan the upcoming dance the school is holding. As he leaves, he sees his bully with his mother, and she's belittling her son (likely over a poor grade/being in detention). Knowing she's also planning the dance, he decides to stir up stuff as revenge. Except as he's getting closer to her while they plan, he finds himself increasingly attracted to her and a different form of vengeance enters his mind.
