Sometimes little things in Movies bug me

One example is in the Sound of Music.

Maria sings a song about her favorite things. One of these favorite things is 'girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes.'

Well what bugs me is her wedding. Why didn't she have her bride's maids wear blue satin sashes on those white dresses. I think it would have been a nice connection.

How about when, in Star Wars: A New Hope, Obi Wan tells Luke that when he first met his father, he was a great star pilot, and he was amazed at how strong he was with the Force.

Yet, in Episode 1, it wasn't Obi Wan that met Anakin, and Anakin wasn't a star pilot.

Damn paradoxes.
