No, I don't think I am off. This is a fantasy world here anyway. How many of us here are so different then the way we behave in rl.
What I state here, does not mean I will run out and do it.......had this ocurred all off line, I would probably have had laughed or slapped him. Personally, I have little objection to prostitution, it being my belief that your body is your own, and if you should choose to engage in sexual acts with another in exchange for money that should be your own choide, not someone elses.
The fact that one person engages in sex-for-sale shouldn't relegate the act of sex for others to something obscene, but conversely, the fact that others have sex only for love or lust or other reasons, be they moral or ignoble, should not invalidate one's right to earn money from such acts.
And, to return to your original question, I've never been propositioned before that way, and if I was I'd probably refuse, (I say probably, because let's face it, sitting here and talking is one thing, staring at a wad of money quite another) but I would feel flattered by the offer.
Its a boost to the ego, to not only be thought of as sexually attractive, but to know that you inspire such desire in another that they would sacrifice for it, in a monetary fashion which has become the benchmark for value and appraisal in the world of late.
