My father was laughing at that for weeks back in January. I told him it wasn't funny the first time, and every other time he brought it up.

So biologically, we are programmed to age faster and therefor are more likely to die first.
Except we age our wives. I think there's a stat that single women live longer than married women. Well, at least my wife says there's a study that states that... Actually, she's commented on it quite a bit... hmmm...
