Someone Explain the Survivor Contest

I'm really interested in participating in the Survivor Contest but I don't understand a damn thing in that forum. It all seems so complicated and everything the veterans there say, is just flying over my head.

Someone please explain (in really simple language);
1. How many stories are you supposed to post per category and in what order?
2. What is an immunity and is it even useful?
3. Who records the stories you've written?
4. Can I 'spy' on other contestants?

If it is about "surviving" a contest against fellow writers, you may not get a lot of help. I personally have no idea what it is. Good Luck

If you'd like these answered and yes in laymen terms head over to the discussion thread. Us "veterans" will simplify things for you - honest. Another thread though for discussing the same topic even in a simplified version though I think could cause more issues than help for those who are curious about the same thing you are.

They will get a lot of help, but I really think the best place for the answer is the discussion thread.
