I was second in a line yesterday to buy girl scout cookies from two Brownies (each about 9 years old). Their leader was out at the car getting more boxes. The woman in front of me picked up five boxes and gave the girl a $10 bill. The little girl told her each box was $3 and she owed $5 more. The lady says 'You little thief, I'm not paying that much' and drops the boxes on the floor and walks away. One of the little girls starts crying and I blew up. I followed the lady and told her off. She just kept walking away giving me the finger. I went back in and bought the five boxes and explained to the leader what had happened.

I wondered if I should have kept my mouth shut?

I had one yesterday.

Ya know here in Manhattan - well, ya just have to be patient and wait.

This guys got his SUV double parked (as everyone does by the way) loading his toddler into her car seat. The roads are very thin here, especially with two curbs of parked cars. This father's door is open - he's putting the kid in buckeling her up. But he's blocking the road way - nobody can pass. The light turns green at the intersection and on this nice quiet Super Bowl Sunday afternoon - this guy from Jersey, dressed in a suit like he come to the city with his wife for some important event - lays on his horn and won't pull his hand off. I mean ob-fuckin-noctious.

I walk over to the guys car and tap on his window, "hey asshole, the guys a dad, safety counts for his kid, it takes time to get that worked out, you're just missing one light - so - SHUT THE FUCK UP AND GET OUT OF MY NEIGHBORHOOD!!!!!

Yep - these kind of people - they need to know.
