Some odd formatting

Hello,

I recently submitted an edited version of one of my stories to correct spelling mistakes and little hook-ups in the text. I've gone back to check on it, and I've noticed that a section of the story, basically the second half of the first page, has been centered. Now I'm not sure why - it wasn't centered in the file I sent, I keep the files and I checked just to make sure. So I can't just send in another copy, because the same error might happen again. What can I do to get it un-centered?

This thread might be of some help. I'm sorry to say I don't know any good advice for this case, especially since I don't know how you submitted your story.

You should simply re-submit the story with the word edited following the title and your corrected text in the box.

Nobody will ever know why lit's system sometimes adds, moves, or changes certain characters and formatting - but it does.

Make sure you do not have <c> anywhere in your text - HTML will work in Lit stories and that one would center a section of text. (possibly from that point to the bottom of the page).

If the story appears with the centered text a second time, send a PM to Laurel and ask her to correct the problem (and then wait, as edited stories are low priority).
