What do you mean a dead black man doesn't mean anything? If you mean killed by another black man you have a point and that isn't anything to do with whites or race relations. Every time a black man is killed by a white man even when as in this case he clearly contributed to the situation, it is national news and cause for a riot.

There was no basic level of responsibility to be had in this situation. it was a justified shooting, period. You do not start a gunfight with our body and your fists skiddles style and live to tel,l especially if the guy you assaulted was a cop.
