I find that the old classics never really die which is why I keep "fucktard" always stays at the top of my insult list.

Though if you're in love with using "manjunk" I can recommend a couple things.

If it's a male troll, you can use "Manjunk stuffer" or "manjunk licker", which are both simple and elegant. You could also say that he smells like a heroin junkie's manjunk on a hot summer's day. If you want short and sweet just call him "junklicker" or "junkeater".

If it's a woman, tell her you wouldn't fuck her with your worst enemy's manjunk. That's about the best I can do there.

And if it's 70/30, just ignore him. It takes a long time for a giant piece of crab-infested manjunk a long time to type a reply.
