So what happened to Fetlife?

nothing like being tld what you can and can't discusee cause it may upset or hurt someones feeling. God I hate the sheep. People wonder why i stay in my cave and don't come out. So eventually i will be banned from fetlife as well for being to opioniated. Thanks for the Heads up. Now i have an explanation for the day i try to log in and it says I have been removed.

Everybody wants the I am dom hear me roar right up until it's time to deal with the dominant animal you wanted so badly. But He's too animal. we must make him people friendly. If you wanted friendly then go find yourself one of theese new 50 shades of grey little bitches and pretend your a slave when your not a slave.
Leave the animals who still like owning property and treating it as we see fit

It's just the white washed "I'm offended by that" world we live in, these days. The people who enjoy simulated rape can't simulate rape, because it's too close to the real thing. Those who like simulated non-consensual, can't do it, because it involves being tied up and then simulating being forced to do something against the will of one partner.

You can't even write about it, for fear someone will read it and assume it's the real thing. I had a story that I thought fit into the non-consensual category here at Lit, but Laurel said it was "too close to the real thing" and she wouldn't/couldn't post it. It was just your typical non-consensual story, as far I was concerned. And what do you want to read, when reading such a story? Simulated non-consent?

"He tied her up, but made sure she could get away, if she thought he was getting too rough. He was using trick knots that quickly untied, if she struggled enough. He also explained to her exactly what he was going to do, so she could say yes or no to his plans. He wanted to make sure she knew he was only playing and every mean act he had planned was completely fake. She knew her role was to play the hapless victim, unable to get away. But, she knew she could make him stop, in case the scene went too far."

God forbid a story would actually read just like a non-consensual story should. I guess maybe I was too good of a writer that the story seemed too real? So, I posted the story in my profile there at Fetlife. It got mild interest over there, because you actually had to go into the writing area of my profile to find it.

And I can only assume it will be a matter of time before the "too much realism" police will find it there and either delete it without asking me, or tell me it must be toned down because it reads as "too real", too much like a real non-consensual scene, or it will be deleted.

It's a white washed world where if one person is offended, 10,000 have to alter their lives so that person is no longer offended. Certain words must not be included in the simulated rape scene because it would seem too real.

Individuality, personal preference, sexual independence are all dumbed down to a more vanilla existence. Even if things haven't been found to be offensive by anyone, just the chance someone might be offended means you can't include it in a story.

You won't be able to include the victim pleading for mercy, because it's too real, and shows the victim doesn't want it to happen. Soon, you won't be able to include the word red, when explaining the color of blood, because doing so will be too vivid.

Yes, folks, the politically correct world has even found BDSM stories. It won't be long before we are relegated to the dirty speak easy where you can go to read the smutty, filthy story we love. We'll be wearing the dark trench coat and everything we touch will have a sticky texture, from the last person who touched it.

I remember those days in the out of the way truck stop magazine rack...where the under age boys could go for their sexual fix. Oh, but that's before the sanitary mind cleansers came around and made it all clean and non-offensive, just because someone might be offended.

To just tell them to not go back to that magazine rack wouldn't be enough. If they knew it was back there, it couldn't exist for the fear it would be a bad influence on someone. Like the TV show that had to be censored because someone thought it was too violent, overly sexual or it just made you think those dirty thoughts.

So disgusting, those nasty, dirty sexual thoughts are that they make you want to do evil things to poor unsuspecting women...victimizing them in some way...allowing the reader to have those same thoughts, giving them a sexual release.

Mark my words, folks. When you limit stories that allow someone to visualize a sexual scene for their pleasure and to relieve their sexual stress because that's the only way to visualize their particular fetish, you take away that relief valve for the brain.

With no relief valve, the stress builds up and you either have more actual sexual assaults in the world or new mental illness cases because of the repressed sexual urges that are forced down further into the subconscious mind.

I'm glad I'm old. I'm not going to be here, when that world exists.

I don't visit Fetlife much anymore, so I'm amazed to read these things here.

Weird and not so wonderful.

Fetlife is a wonderful tool for learning about all sorts of things. But there is also a lot of rubbish there. And a lot of drama. (That's why I don't visit much anymore - I got tired of the drama in the community which is local to me).
