I've never had one.

I have one coming up, and I'm sort of at a loss.

We went to a museum. And then to a park. And then to a pub.

And then we went home again.

The Museum has potential. Our parks are unfortunately not terribly hospitable in recent years.

Bars aren't my style, and either one of us could get drop dead drunk on one beer, so that's a bad idea.

Now that is just cheap.

"Hey, babe. Why not come round early tomorrow and I'll make you some toast and a cup of tea."

At least throw in some pastry for God's sake.

Make up for the mistakes on the first one.

Get around to kissing her.

or at least affordable.

i never like movies as a second date becouse youre paying attention to the screen and not each other but it might be a good solution too...and instead of dinner after suggest dessert somewhere~and the movie provides a good conversation topic.

remember to use protection.

how about a zoo? some women go for that.

We don't have any close enough. Some are possible, but they several hours drive away.

And yeah JH, I do need to get around to kissing her. I'm just scared.

Do you know what her interests are? eg. Art, social history, sculpture, music... etc.

You could try finding an exhibition she might like to see. Or just go somewhere where you can be together and chat.

I've only had one date my entire life, and it was horriable with a guy I met on the internet.

HOWEVER, I am a very social person, and do a lot with friends and groups.

IF this wasn't a date, but just you and she getting together as friends what would you do?

I find antique stores and book stores are very nice, as I can see what sort of things/ideas they are drawn to and it leads to a lot of interesting discussions. Not to mention, if at some time in the future I need a gift for that person, I know the sort of stuff they like.

How so?

I'm sorry for the assumptions you've made Prince Valiant.

My comment was cocky.

I'm sure some people would be flattered at having breakfast being made for them after a date. It says a lot more than, "Hey beep me I'm running late for work."

She likes video games, vampires, and mental stimulation in general.

bowling? mini golf? just depends on what you like and what she likes I always think of family things.

you know whats nice if you have the time in a date and she is willing go for a drive and find a nice spot to have lunch even if its a hour or two away. you can get alot of talking done in a car.

i don't even know what to do on a first date, let alone a second. sorry.

Dinner and a movie was our first, with a buffet and a documentary.

i didn't know Killer Bikini Vampire Girls 7 was a documentary.
