It's Pukka night.
The menu for today is as follows...
First up, Asparagus Soup. Nothing fancy, just something to hold you over until the meal is served.
For dinner we'll be having Red Snapper, marinated in minced tomato, garlic, and onion mixed with a bit of mustard and olive oil. The fish is covered inside and outside with this marinade, and cooked in the same. Served with a few slices of lime on the side.
As a side dish, we have white rice, with small steamed chunks of carrots and brocolli. Also we have deep fried small yukon gold potatos, and steamed cauliflower dipped in a scrambled egg batter, and cooked stovetop.
For desert, Homemade lime sherbet, encasing a small scoop of homemade REAL vanilla ice cream. Served on a chilled plate with slices of star fruit, and kiwi surrounding it. Topped with a thin slice of pineapple.
