So, I'm watching Showgirls...

which I'm half-ashamed to admit...but it's on VH1 and stopped when I was flipping channels.

My first thought was, how could they bother showing this on tv...it's a bit racy. Then as I'm half-watching while reading posts, I notice that they are COMPLETELY voiceing over some on the lines....so noticeably bad! And then, during the first number after she knocks the girl down the stairs, where the women are all topless, they have computer generated (awfully I must say) these tops on the girls...


How much more ridiculous can this movie get?

i just caught my 12 yr old bro watching um i guess there is nothing i can yell about since everything is cut, suprisngly there is still a movie somewhere

THAT scene was most definitely not shown...the computer generation on the bare scenes is plain horrid...and hysterical

I have to agree that the original movie was painfully good.

It was toted up to be such a big deal - but when I finally saw it, it just wasn't. I ended up doing a lot of laughing. Sure, not quite as much as I did in any of the Bikini Carwash flicks... but still.
