So I went to the gun range today and...

I know. Cars kill more people then guns. I am also not anti-gun. My husband owns some. I don't know, I just have a fear of getting one in my hand and doing something to kill somebody I didn't mean to kill.

They supervise pretty close at this range. Take a class and learn and you'll be fine. Might even be a good idea if your husband owns some.

That's why you don't touch the trigger until you're 100% on a positively ID'ed target with a clean shot that you know is good b/c you have trained your ass off to be a crack shot with both eyes open....do that and you won't have any fuck ups.

That's why you don't touch the trigger until you're 100% on a positively ID'ed target with a clean shot that you know is good b/c you have trained your ass off to be a crack shot with both eyes open....do that and you won't have any fuck ups.

You also want to make sure that no critters are going to dash across the range into your line of fire. That's kinda tricky to do when you're squinting into a scope.

Once I was riding home on the Subway after a IHMSA Competition and 3 Dick Heads with knifes were robbing the passengers.

I had shot every last round at the IHMSA shoot, so I pulled out my unloaded 8 3/8 Model 29 S&W from my backpack and showed it to them.

One dick head exclaimed "Dude's Got a Cannon" and they turned a Ran!
