I saw the Hulk on Saturday. Hulk suck. Never want to crush puny director that took her money. I walked out after the Hulk appeared. (2/3rd of the way into the movie, btw)

Today, I was driving to the bookstore along the highway and my car hydroplaned off the road into the soft mud. My tire broke so I had to wait an hour for AAA - but the truck they sent didn't have a lift thingy, just a jack, so I had to wait another 30 for one that did.

How did your weekend go?

Poor Never. Here: :rose:

I have laundry to do and am writing/grading my daughters finals, who homeschools. Currently she is taking her World Regions test while I write the Alaskan Botney. Sometime today I've got to get to my laundry!

I got told to go to hell by my ex and current (and now more current ex) girlfriend, but i have Chunky Monkey ice-cream so it's all good ;)

its monday, its freezing, and my womans half a world away

I survived

i don't know what hydroplaned is but i guess it sucks :(

sorry you had a bit of a poor weekend ... we were at my mothers today where she was trying to kill us with food (the food was good but just way to much)

Hydroplaning is when the tires of your car begin riding on a sheet of water above the road, and you can't get any traction, so you basically can't steer or brake effectively.

Have to finish (which involves pretty much everything except for starting) a story by Wednesday night as per command by T. Stuck already. Canoed. Ate Chinese food. The copy of "Emperor's New Groove" that I rented was scratched to all hell.

Ups and downs, ups and downs. I still have 5 hours to go til tomorrow, so maybe I'll end on an up.

I had a great weekend. I stayed out of the theatres, stayed off the roads as much as I could, spent two great afternoons outdoors, got laid by a swimming pool yesterday and today, had a fun night dancing last night.

But until now, I didn't think I'd ever feel bad about having such a good time, unless I had done something I wasn't supposed to. :(

Recovering from a bad back and got to spend half the night with my mom in the emergency room last night and half the day in the hospital with her today.

I wish the docs would get off their asses and just freaking fix her.

grr

Had to pop two vicodin to get to sleep.

On Friday, I worked, and then honey picked me up, and we went home, watched a movie on my computer, and then snuggled in bed. I was too sore from the accident to make love, so he held me and ran his fingertips over my hip... telling me what a beautiful hip it is... *soft, gentle smile*

Saturday, I worked all day, and then came home and had dinner with honey and his family. Then we went out to a local waterfront community (not hard, I live on an island), and bought chai and walked around the docks, watching the marine life in the water. We watched the sun set, and then wandered through the downtown core, stopping in at the open shops. We discovered an Old English Candy Shop, and I found REAL Turkish Delight, which I haven't seen in about 12 years.. so of course I bought some... and then we went home, and made love, and snuggled again for a good part of the evening.

Today, I worked. Again. *smile* I got complimented by some of my coworkers on my outfit, and I was stressed like crazy, but when I left work, my honey picked me up, kissed me, and calmed me down. We came home, and I jumped onto the couch and just finished watching Sweet Home Alabama.

I'm happy.

I made $50 working saturday, slept the rest of the day away, showered today (sunday) went to a streen renaming bc of 9/11 watched my friend's band play dedication songs, cried, and here I am... 1 more post to go to get an AV!

Change freezing to hot and humid, change woman to man, and... add my mother ad nauseam.

i spent the weekend in the Hospital with an IV in my foot because i was so dehydrated they couldn't get another vain.. too bad it took them 12 sticks to figure that out :(

Off to have another procedure tomorrow..

Anyone wanna trade?

This weekend was my birthday! Yay! I had a wonderful time out dancing with friends ( with a little help from alcohol I was all over the dance floor) and had a great time at the LA Pride Parade this morning. Tonight I went and played pool and sang karaoke with some friends.. all in all it was a great weekend.. I just wish that my baby was here to spend it with me. I miss my baby.... I wish the military would give her back.. :(.

 pink

well happy birthday pinksateemdream!

as far as weekend go this one was cute~got me a little~slept alot.

too bad its over and i don't want to work i just want to bang on the drum all day.

I discovered that I have too much shit this weekend, while trying to move it all into a new house. I'm actually glad to be back at work, it's easier than moving crap.

I had a long weekend because my girlfriend's little sister got married on Friday. The rehearsal dinner on Thursday was fine, but we stayed a lot longer than I wanted to - it got really boring. (I'd never seen a restaurant that served cotton candy for dessert, though!)

The wedding Friday was absolutely beautiful, I teared up and one tear even made it down my cheek. I was really jealous, though...my girlfriend and I have been together five years and we're still not "married." The little sister and her now-husband have only been together something like two or two and a half years. I want it to be my turn, dammit! We could even go to Canada! Sigh.
