I order two things the other day and thought about you.

Who else has started or finished their holiday shopping? What's the best thing you bought (and for whom is it intended)?

You are a sick, sick woman.

Doodles, I'm still wiping the sleepers from my eyes. I was just awaken from the middle of a disturbing dream that I'd have rather have made work out for the better. Thankfully I was given the BIG coffee cup. Ugggggggggg...

I'm doing the best I can at the moment. Bare with me please.

Just an aside...

You folks are WEIRD!

The Eve of All Hallows isn't yet upon us, and y'all are discussing X-Boxmas, already?

You KNOW Cheyenne is already done, everything is already wrapped and put up in her magical closet, right?

Some people put up vegetables and preserves throughout the summer, Cheyenne does pressies.

From you I expect a portable digital recording station.

Yes, the shopping season is nearly over.

okay. (Nearly finished my coffee)

Here's my tip for the day.

If you have someone living far away that you need to send a gift to, and the Boy Scouts coming knocking on your door with their annual greenery sales:

TAKE ADVANTAGE.

Their greenery is the freshest and prettiest (and modestly priced) that I've ever seen. You can arrange for a beautiful wreath to be delivered to your giftee straight from the grower for a very good price.

I had an Aunt that was VERY much like Chey... If she wasn't "ready" by Labour Day, she was mightily upset. :D

Does the "Bree" character from "Housewives" have any resonance, here?

and Blubes? I shudder every year at the very THOUGHT of the "shopping season"

I thought you were looking for musical gifts, rather than therapeutic devices?

I do almost all of my shopping online and through mail order now. That's why one has to start a little early...in time to get it all back. (Not to mention that it helps with the budgeting.)
