Smart Quotes roulette!

I don't know about you, but I'm really tired of the whole Smart Quote / Chyoo screw up thing!

Most of the time, I seemingly have no problem. Then, about every third or fifth thread I submit, quotation marks are a problem!

I know others have addressed this bug before, I'll look it up in the forums.

So, anybody reading my threads. If there are no quotation marks or such in use, or you see this sort of thing : we#8223@4er

Sorry about the mess-up buddy.

Thanks for resubmitting, I did a quick hack job on the quotes. I know I missed some, sorry. Thanks for the thread tho, my reply is in da mail...
