Yeah thats part of it. And I've been with girls that make a HUGE deal about it...this one time I was at a party and she was trying to give me a hand job and she said "Where is it" and 1. it was in her hand and 2. there were like 30 people around...very embarassing. When she started giving me the hand job she asked me "How do you do this?"
The thing that made me mad is she had just given one to one of my friends so she knew what she was doing, she was just making fun of me. Though that was back in highschool it still keeps me from trusting women now.
It seems to me that you're making a HUGE deal about a very limited number of bad experiences.
I mean, okay, it was embarrassing at the time, but why would you allow something that happened with an immature, mean, ignorant girl at a party years ago keep you from trusting women?
The only person who's making you feel bad about your cock is YOU. You can either write experiences like the one you described off as insignificant, or you can blow them out of proportion and allow them to color your view of yourself and future experiences. Why torture yourself by doing the latter?
