It is definitely a good position for us "small folks", more than anything else because of the availability of the pelvic bone for her clitoris. In my experience, the down side has been that my partners haven't really be able to feel my penis only the movement and that has still been great. I'm sure it would be better for a short, but thicker penis. I've found that the same pelvic bone grinding can be accomplished in the "cowgirl" position. Again, a short thin cock will not really be felt, I don't really think that there is a position where it is except with her legs closed tightly but then there is a length issue.
