Slow Burn

I'm trying another slow burn for the winter holidays contest. It's a style I just have not been able to do as well as I would like to. I think this may be my best one yet. Of course, I have a terrible track record of predicting which of my stories are well received so who knows.

So you’re what, 3-4K words in? Don’t worry about it. One of my better stories is ~18k words, 6 lit pages, and there’s no sex until the bottom of page 5. It’s doing very well.
