Sleepio vs Sleepstation

Has anyone used either of them?

This is kind of Lit related because I believe I caught insomnia from another lit member

Both are CBT online sleep therapies out of the UK and I have decided to try one of them.

Sleepstation uses sleep restriction and I am not sure about sleepio but it much slicker looking.

I don't know about any of this. Have you considered a good hard workout or a several miles run?
