To a certain extent, I'd say that yes, size matters. I've always had the understanding that roughly around 6" is the "norm" for adult male penis length. And, somewhere around 6 or 7" is what I've had in men. I know (from playing with a 12" toy) that 8 is all my body can handle. (Either hole.) So, for me personally, anything more than an 8" cock is a waste! Once I'm stuffed, there's nothing else going in!

On a side note: The men I have been with that were 6, 6.5, or even 7" have (mostly) been good/great lovers. That's why I said to a certain extent size matters. It is the GIRTH that could hurt more so than the LENGTH. And, the painful part about childbirth is the CONTRACTIONS. I had no pain actually scooting that baby out. Yes, it's true, the vagina can stretch for many things. The walls are elasticy (Is that a word? lol). Not only can they stretch, but they can shrink back down.

And, on a personal note: I LOVE having my cervix hit/bumped (whatever) during sex! For me, anyway, that is not painful.

The most painful thing I have ever gone through was being unprepared for no pain killers during labor.

It's not so much the giving birth part that hurts. By then, I was just glad it was done with. It was no picnic, mind you, but the nasty evil part of labor is the contractions that set off about 12 hours (or more) before you actually give birth. Those fuckers are what hurts.
