Six degrees thread ... rebooted

Just a bump

I am stunned as I didn't think this too hard... I guess my days of puzzle making should come to an end. *sigh*

Let me know what you need help with... I will give you any hints I can.

I have no clue who the guy in the star trek uniform is (middle of the first row), and the first and last ladies in the second row.

Don't be too hard on yourself. I think I can speak for everybody who's made one of these puzzles when I say I think that finding the right spot on the

HARD<-------------------------------------->EASY

scale takes a bit of time to figure out. :rose:

I totally agree. And I think it depends on what movies and actors/actresses you like and what you've seen recently.

And another function is the amount of time the players have to devote to the puzzle.

Hey! I can now get start to finish. :)

Unfortunately, my solution completely leaves out 'star trek guy'. Dang! :(

okay here ya go...

Man -- Although he played in over 80 films (mostly dramatic fare) between the years 1939 and 1975, he did not become a star. In 1957 he became the host of a British TV espionage series. The name of this series is another word for a meeting... possibly a secret one between lovers. ;)

Woman -- Began as a child model... she also posed nude in the March 1965 edition of Playboy.

I hope these help.

Going a different way

Brian Keith was in The Parent trap with Maureen O'Hara
Maureen O'Hara was in The Wings of Eagles with John Wayne

John Wayne was in Donovan's Reef with Lee Marvin

A reminder of the VERY confusing rules:
*I will post an initial picture, a string of pictures in the middle, and then a concluding picture. The first person has to use the initial picture, and one of the pictures in the middle string, and "connect" them when they appear in the same movie. The next person will take the second performer listed in the previous response, and select one of the remaining pictures in the middle string, and find a film those have in common. This continues until there is only one picture in the middle string, which then has to be "connected" to the end picture.
*There may be more than one correct way of navigating through the set of pictures. However, not every choice will let you get all the way through the list. If you think that is the case, and you find yourself stuck, you may back up as far back in the response list as you like and restart the list at that point.
*A person can only post to a particular set once every 12 hours; that is, you may post again 12 hours after your last post on the same set. The clock also restarts with every new set of pictures.
*Only posts in the string that finally makes it to the end will count for points for those that posted on that set.
*The strings will get longer with each correct set of answers (up to a point).
*One last note, these are all film connections ... not television.
