You're forgetting the obvious one.

Son and his mother are the only survivors of an apocalypse. Maybe the mother got her hands on the antidote to a deadly virus and injects her son and then herself, and they are the only two alive after the rest of humanity succumbs to the plague. Or maybe they get inside a bunker just before the entire Earth is nuked into oblivion. Either way, it's now up to them to repopulate the Earth.

I like the bunker idea, but with a slight modification. I see it as Dad is a survivalist nut and builds a well-stocked bunker in the basement. Dad is out one day when a disaster strikes. Mom, who before always hated Dad's "hobby" is now thankful the bunker is there and drags son, who happens to be visiting, down into the shelter with her.

Some time passes. They can't get any news about what's happening outside, and they fear the worst. Son has had desires for Mom as long as he can remember having sexual feelings, and it's surprisingly easy for him to talk Mom into having to "repopulate the planet." They fuck like bunnies, exhausting themselves. Then rescue comes in the form of Dad bringing in new stuff for his bunker, not even having noticed that his wife and son have been missing for two days. Turns out,t here was no disaster after all! Mom and son can emerge from the bunker and try to forget what they did...or not.
