John was a 27 year well to do computer programmer. He had done well for himself, landing a pretty good job, buying a house for himself, and good health overall. He tried his best to keep in shape, working out on a regular basis. He didn't consider himself a gymbro, but he was lean with a decent amount of muscle tone. He was still single as well, but had been a few short, but good term relationships.

Despite the good things that had happened to him, he couldn't help but feel a hole in his heart that had been aching for a while. The hole in his heart was due to him missing his younger sister. She had been a large, close part of his life until about five years ago, when she had gotten married. He wasn't sure of the exact reason of she had been forced to go no contact by her husband Nick, but at least the rest of the family had been able to stay in contact with her. Despite that, he was barely able to get anything about what was going on between them. What he could gleam about their life was mostly broken and strange rumors that he couldn't really understand. He wasn't sure, but he just couldn't get any straight facts. There had been rumors that Nick had decided against children after marriage, that he had cheated on her, or even beat her. He couldn't really understand.

However, he recently decided to take a gamble on something. He had decided to random book a eight day cruise for him and her to go on a few months before, even if it was a longshot. He really didn't think anything would come of it, since such tactics had failed before in the past. He did tell his parents about it, who did say they would pass things along.

It was just after dinner and he was sitting on his couch. He had his laptop on the coffee table, open to a coding project on screen. Taking a break from work, he leaned back for a moment to watch a movie he had put on a background noise. A couple of minutes later there was a ding from his messenger and a message popped up.

"She accepted."

He blinked for a moment and sat up. He wasn't really expecting that to come through, but it made him smile. His smile did falter a little as he had gotten such confirmation a couple of times before, but something always seemed to come up for it to be canceled last minute. He glanced at the calendar for a moment, the cruise a couple of days away. He didn't have his hopes high just yet, still planning on the trip even if she didn't come.

Hannah hadn't expected to be standing in a cruise port with a matching large suitcase, carry-on, and backpack. A lot of things that had happened lately had been unexpected, admittedly. Not that she hadn't wanted to take a vacation with her older brother. Quite the opposite, actually. There were a few times previously where she had gotten the green light from her husband to go, only for him to change his mind at the last minute.

It was always so disappointing, knowing that she let him down. Sometimes she had wondered if her husband did it just to give them both a small glimmer of hope so that it would sting more when he denied them. Their marriage hadn't started out that way, but over time her husband became a more cruel person. At this point it was as though the man she married didn't exist anymore and in his place was a tyrant who didn't want her, but didn't want anyone else to have her either.

This time was different though.

This time she wasn't asking for permission to go. A note had been left on the table regarding where she was going, who she was going with, and when she would be back. Frankly, she was terrified about how angry he would be when she got back, but it wasn't as though he had any right to be. Five years... It had been practically five years since she had been able to see her brother. Hannah was 25 now, and she didn't know whether he would recognize her anymore.

Well, she didn't look too different; her short, sandy hair had grown very long, but other than that she looked the same. She had always maintained an exercise routine to keep healthy (and later to keep her figure at her husband's behest), but she had been a bit of a late bloomer in regards to more womanly changes. Only after her brother had left had her curves become as prominent as they were now.

Most of her life before her marriage she had been like her brother's shadow- always a step or two behind him. That all changed when John went to school for programming. She had met Nick on a blind date set up from one of her friends, being that the guy had a good reputation. A year and a half later, they married when she was 20. It was only then that the mask started slipping and her slow descent into hell began.

Was this a mistake? Maybe she should go home before her husband came back and saw the note. The woman shifted on her feet nervously and looked in the direction of the taxis before looking towards the entrance. Regardless of her nerves, she wanted to see him. Even if it was for a few moments, she wanted to hug him again and tell him how much she missed him.

Despite not having heard much more in the way of confirmation, John went through with the planned cruise. He arrived at the port check-in with his large suitcase and a backpack as well. He had decided that if she hadn't come by the time boarding was closing, he could just get a refund of the ticket. He had arrived earlier than Hannah, so he decided to wait just inside the lobby area for a little bit to see if she was really coming. He was pretty sure that he would be able to spot her, even if she hadn't told him what she would be wearing.

Nearly half an hour had passed by the time Hannah had arrived, John hadn't noticed her right away. He had gotten engrossed in watching the clock, getting a little nervous as it counted down to only half an hour till boarding. Luckily there was only a handful of couples in line, so he wouldn't have a problem checking in on time. He shook himself out of the stupor with a shake of his head, making a look around for Hannah once more. There was no sign of her in the lobby yet, so he decided to check outside. He pushed the door open, looking around at the sparse number of people. He blinked for a moment as he though he saw a familiar looking blonde near the taxi stand, yelling out.

"Hannah?!?"

It probably wasn't the best move, plus a little embarrassing. He also hadn't a chance to check on their room through the website. He hoped it wouldn't be anything too bad, since it had been marked for two people. He had just made sure it had a nice view of the ocean.

Currently she was wearing a form-fitting red dress and heels. Nowadays she had very few casual outfits as her husband preferred for her to always look her best even if it was to drift listlessly around their house while he was at work.

At the sound of her name being called, her head immediately snapped to look in his direction. It was him. Her big brother John was right there not 15 feet away from her.

He looked healthier than he used to, more muscled, maybe? He had always been very handsome, but these days he must be a real ladykiller. In any case, he was otherwise just as she remembered him. A rush of emotion went through her, mostly comprised of that warm feeling of familiarity.

“Hey!” She abandoned her bags in favor of scurrying over and throwing her arms around him in a big hug. It didn’t occur to her that it might make him uncomfortable- the action had been made entirely on impulse. It felt good though, hugging him. It had been far too long since they had shared a good, long hug.

“You had no idea how much I’ve missed you!” Hannah sighed, breathing in his familiar scent. It was strange how such a simple thing could bring her such joy.

If he wasn't sure it had been her, the hug all but confirmed it. He smiled, wrapping his arms around her waist. He hadn't expected such changes in her, but it was a pleasent surprise. It was also stirring up a few hidden things he had thought he had gotten over. He passed those feelings aside as the hug was held for a few moments longer before letting go.

"I was a bit worried that you weren't going to show up again. I've missed you very much."

They were still quite close after the hug, their bodies pressing together. He did blush a little, taking a little step back. He took a glance at her abandoned luggage for a moment before smiling back at her.

"Please tell me you are really coming. There's not really any time left for boarding."

He stepped aside, holding the door open wider for her to come in.

The mention of her possibly not showing up again practically made her wince. There was a lot of guilt being carried over the times she had left him hanging without any notice. She didn’t even want to try to imagine how upset he must have been.

“No, yeah- I’m going on this cruise if it kills me!” Was her resolute answer, the two bags being grabbed and rolled behind her as she took the open-door invitation. Her head swiveled around to figure out what to do with said bags, but fortunately a bag attendant came by to take them from her. All that was needed was a brief glance to make sure that she as a passenger had the correct luggage tags for her room before they were whisked away from her towards the crew loading area.

The boarding window was indeed closing soon, so she beckoned him to follow her with a “come on, we better hurry!” before rushing over to the check-in line and presenting her passport and cruise confirmation. All of her documents were in order, so she was thankfully allowed through. Rather than continuing on though, she made sure to linger while his own documents were checked.

He gave a laugh at her answer, with it making him happy once more. It felt as if a weight had been lifted that he hadn't known was there. He had already let his own bags get taken, even though it hadn't been certain she was going.

Heading over over to the counter with her, he presented the tickets as she was presenting her documents. He waited for her to get done before presenting his own. The girl behind the counter smiled as she bid them have a good trip. Being caught up int the excitement of things, he hooked his arm with hers leading her up to the room. The hallways were a little packed with other families and couples trying to find their rooms, so they had to be close to get through. Being with her again brought up old feeling he had for her, especially a crush he had on her before she had gotten married. It wasn't something he had ever thought of acting on.

"I don't know if you would laugh at this, but I did bring a couple of board games we used to play before. Like monopoly, though we probably won't get bored enough to play it on the cruise."

He laughed for a moment as they reached their room. He reached out and unlocked the door, opening it for her after.

She laughed along with him, shaking her head as she entered the room. "Monopoly? Jeez, you're such a dork. Besides, we both know who the game master is here, and don't give me any of that nonsense about "letting me win.""

It was at that point that she actually took in the room. Wow... It was breathtaking. Though the room wasn't large, the floor-to-ceiling window offered a gorgeous view of the lazily rolling waves. All that natural light gave things an air of relaxation, as though nothing unpleasant could exist under the sun's warm rays. There seemed to be a balcony on the other side of the window too, positioned slightly lower to not spoil the view, though how the window was supposed to allow them outside she wasn't sure.

The fact that there was only one bed wasn't too much of an issue in her opinion. Though they were both grown-up now, they had cuddled a lot growing up. It hadn't been weird then, and she assumed that it wouldn't feel weird now.

"Oh my god... This place is beautiful," Hannah remarked, impressed. Her backpack was set down on a nearby table and she simply stood there for a moment to bask in the luxury of it all.

He shook his head for a moment at her comment on the winning.

"In that case, I'll have to up my game."

He closed the door behind him, shutting out the din of the hallway. He had to agree with her about the room. He placed his backpack down, noticing the single bed. He grinned teasingly, seeing they had to share a bed.

"I better not find myself without covers during the night or kicked out of bed."

He took a moment to see the bathroom, located behind the small wall the bed was against. There was no door for privacy, but it was just large enough for the aminities. A small mirror was set over a marble sink, next to a small toilet. There was a walk-in shower with a see through glass door. He hmmed for a moment before glancing at his sister.

"I think the send off is going to be happening shortly, so we might want to get to the deck to see the fireworks and all that."

"Uhuh. We'll just have to see what happens with my covers," she had quipped back with her own grin. It was really nice to be able to talk without having to watch her words or worry about triggering the other person into an irate rant. For once in the last five years, she could actually breathe.

"There are going to be fireworks?!" Hannah perked up excitedly before donning an embarrassed expression. Of course he didn't mean actual fireworks, but rather the fanfare around the welcome party. But that had only occurred to her after speaking aloud. "Wait, never mind. I know what you mean." She probably seemed rather childish at the moment. Damn it. She had always been somewhat gullible, and it wasn't doing her any favors here.

He laughed for a moment at her excitement. "I think there might be fireworks, at least the ones you can see in the day. Come on."

He grabbed her hand quickly but gently, leading her out of the room. The hallway was still crowded, people coming from their rooms for the send off. He was next to her the whole way to the deck. He managed to squeeze the two of them up to the railing so they could have front row. His arm went around her waist to hold on her, the crowd ending up with them right against each other. He relaxed a bit, his ahnd ending up resting against the side her ass.

Being led by the hand brought her back. Growing up, he had always had a way of leading her into the funnest adventures or the best possible trouble. Regardless of what happened, there had never been been a moment where she felt unprepared for what was to come as long as her hand had been in his gentle grip.

When things hashed out up on the deck, she found his hand a little too close to her ass, though she supposed it wasn’t really inappropriate, was it? No, it was just crowded, and it was the best he could do given the circumstances. Still… it felt nice to be squeezed up against him. The hug before had been nice, but she craved physical contact between them. It was a comfort she hadn’t been afforded in a long time, even within her own marriage.

“Welcome aboard! We’ll now be taking off on the first day of your eight day cruise!” The captain cheerfully proclaimed over the speakers. “With each passing wave you can wave goodbye to your worries and focus on the good stuff: fun and relaxation!”

That got a whoop from the crowd, one particularly exuberant woman (who was likely already three pina coladas in) yelling out “fuck yes!”

There was a spattering of laughter before the captain continued. “As always, there is a random drawing for different perks, amenities, and gifts! The following room numbers are winners! That’s 8922, 3420, 8457, 6180, and 5001. Will the lucky guests from these cabins please visit the guest services desk for your prizes!”

Hannah wasn’t paying attention to the announcement, instead enraptured by the large ship pulling away from shore. For all she cared, the captain could have been speaking gibberish, and she completely missed the fact that he had called their own room as one of the winners.

He was half paying attention to the announcements as they were sent off. So he was able to catch their room number being annoounced for something. He couldn't move yet, the rest of the crowd excited at the sendoff. A few even started swaying around them in happiness, causing the two of them to be squeezed together a little tighter. His hand reflexively squeezed on her ass to he wouldn't get pulled from her.

Once the excitement died down and the crowd began to thin, he smiled over to her. "You head on back to the room. We can figure out what to do for dinner after I go see what our room number was about."

He pulls from her to make his way down to the guest service desk. After giving his room number, a large purple box with a red bow is brought out. He looks at it questioningly, but doesn't question it yet. He carries it carefully so it doesn't open yet, wanting to open it with Hannah. Inside the box was a small bottle of soothing warming lotion, a small remote egg vibrator with remote, and a couple of sexy lingerie. Making his way into the room, he holds the box out to his sister.

"Seems we won a prize. You can open it this time."

For a second she thought some random stranger had grabbed her ass, but she soon realized that it was only her brother’s hand. Why it made her cheeks flush a little, she wasn’t sure. Perhaps it was just the surprise of that unexpected squeeze, not the tingle up her spine from how close one of his fingers had been to the crease of her ass.

Hannah was more than happy to retreat to the room, trying to put it out of her mind. Those sorts of weird thoughts wouldn’t do anybody any good, and frankly she felt nervous about even thinking them.

When he got back to the room, she had been enjoying some sort of frozen drink that tasted like banana, though she hadn’t paid attention to the name when it was offered by one of the crew members on the deck. He had a tray of them, and she just picked whatever looked good at the time.

“Ooo, a prize! Exciting!” She piped up with interest, taking the box from him and wiggling her fingers in anticipation.

The lid of the box was carefully and dramatically pulled off the box. When she looked inside though, her excitement turned to confusion. “I don’t…”

She picked up the warning lotion, set it down on the table, then pulled out a set of lacy black lingerie. Lingerie? Oil? There were a few more things in the box, but she had to look up at him in befuddlement. “What the heck? Is this like some sort of lover’s pack or something? Don’t they know we’re siblings?”

It didn’t occur to her that despite starting out with the same last name, she now had the last name of her husband, making it look as though they came from two entirely different places.

He was surprised himself by the contents of the box. He heh'd for a moment in embarrassment.

"Well, maybe it had something with how booking was done. They didn't really have anyway of putting that down."

He looked over at the box for a moment and shrugged. He really didn't have a clue. "Well, we can just leave the stuff in the box for now. I doubt they want to take the things back."

He grinned for a moment as he noticed a large book next to the couch on a small end table. It was emblazoned with the name of their cruise and the dates for the length. He plopped on the couch, picking it up. "Hey, I foundt the itinerary. Wanna see what all we can do?" He opened the book up, flipping around some pages.

Yeah, they probably didn’t. For all the cruise workers knew, the two people in the room had used them and were trying to give back sex-tainted goods. Though… what was that other thing in there? Her curiosity got the better of her and she picked up a rectangle box and opened it, finding what looked like a round egg with a silicone tail, and a little remote control. She had only had two sexual partners— one in high school and her husband— so she wasn’t well-versed in what kind of toys were out there.

The packaging for the egg was put back in the box and she closed it, turning her attention to what he had offered.

“Yeah, let’s take a look. I honestly didn’t get a chance to actually see what-all was going on during the cruise or where we’re going, so it’d be good to know.” She made her way over to the couch and plopped her butt right next to him, leaning over and against his shoulder to better read the book with him.

He paused for a moment as she plopped beside him, her large breasts pressing against him. He took a breathe for a moment to calm himself before showing the port schedule. "Here's the ports we'll be visiting, starting tomorrow. Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy, a day at sea, Santorini (Thira), Greece, Ephesus, Turkey, Mykonos, Greece, another day at sea, Naples, Italy, Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy, a day at sea, and then back home. Now we don't have to sightsee all day, but I think we can get a good amount in."

Then he began to flip through the rest of the pages. "Let's see, casinos, dance clubs, bars, a couple movie theaters, pools, gyms, hot tubs, and lots of dining. So, are you hungry for anything in particular? Plenty to choose from, everything from causal to fancy."

“Um…” she stalled for time as her eyes flitted over the page.

It was all so overwhelming having so many options to choose from. Usually her husband just picked what they would do if they did something, so she was rarely asked for her own input anymore. The only reason she had come on this trip was to spend time with him, so beyond that it didn’t matter as much what activities they did.

That being said…

“I want to try every dessert on this ship. I mean, not really, but it’s been a while since I’ve really let myself enjoy food without having to watch what I eat. Is there a place that does nice desserts on the ship?” To her, he was the main point of info for all of this, seeing as she hadn’t been on a cruise before and hadn’t researched it beforehand.

He grinned teasingly over at her, his face only a hand's witdh away from hers. "Every dessert? It sounds like you'll lose that beautiful figure of yours quickly with every dessert. It's a good thing there are gyms here."

He reached towards her with the hand of the arm she wasn't pressing against and poked her playfully in the side. After that, he looked back at the book. "I think I could go for dessert before dinner myself. Let's see.." It took him a few moments to find what he suspected was a bakery. "Here, this says they have ice cream, pastries, fudge, and other kinds of sweets."

He glanced at her once more. "Gonna wear that there? Be a shame to get anything on your sexy outfit."
