That's the voice of experience and I can relate.

The first time I was supposed to meet a trans woman, I got cold feet and backed out.

The second time, I wanted to back out again and literally, I forced myself to go through with it.

Afterwards, I was so happy that I did it in spite of my fears. One of the best things I ever did.
