Depends on the details, but momentarily being unable to continue speaking (if she's in a conversation) would be one way. Heavy breathing is a classic, or holding her breath for 15 seconds or whatever. Muscle clenching, say accidentally squeezing something (a paper coffee cup?) too hard.
