With all this talk about what women want …who speaks for the zygote?

The zygote is a seperate human being made up of its own unique genetic recipe, one which differs from the mother’s or father’s.

What about the rights of the zygote?

It's part of the woman.

Covid is separate in your definition...does the virus have rights?

Let's make another thread on the topic as it hasn't been discussed enough

Not human.

A zygote is human, with its own unique human dna.

Your brain tumor is yours, you can have it cut out.

A tapeworm is an invasive non human parasite.

A zygote is like luk living in mom’s basement.

Two humans, one house.

Her house.

Her house.
Like the luk example, it’s living there.

Can she kill luk?

She can throw him out, but if he’s incompetant, there are laws to protect him, right?

Zygote rights?

So what? Even assuming we agree it’s unique human being (we don’t), the grounds for asserting that are hardly the grounds one would care to argue personhood.
So what? Works for most any discussion you dont want to be a part of.

Different countries have different legal definitions of when a “baby” becomes a “person” at law.

A zygote is a human being.

The question is shouldnt all human beings have legal rights?

And if not, what of the other “lesser” humans?
