You would need to do the runway walk cascadia, the rope movement due to placement would be interesting,
just enough pressure, her hands most likely pull on the rope between her legs as she walks.

Great restriction pose, and you can see how the knot is sitting in just the right position,
any movement should be enhancing her arousal, especially if the lead up was done right.
