I've wondered about this, too. So many possibilities...

I would think that since most of these are money shots taken for publishing and getting paid for it and the difficulties of especially shooting off a moving sailboat it just doesn’t make a lot of sense to do so. Some of the ones in a dock or not even in the water would be a lot easier to shoot. Just my HO on it.
