There are such gorgeous treasures in this thread. High on my sexy bucket list is to find myself someone who can tie me up in such intricate ways.

Tie yourself until you do. It’s what I’ve been doing for years. You would be surprised at some of the self-ties people accomplish.

ETA: that last one above is me :)

I've never done it, would like to give it a go and I have this pile of rope that I've been wondering what to do with. BTW, I was a boy scout and know my knots, will that help ;)

Sorry, but knowing knots and how to actually tie someone safely are completely different things. May I suggest some beginner ties you could even do to yourself and practice?

A simple Futomomo (you can find tutorials everywhere for this “frogleg” tie)

Footweave/partial mermaid

And always avoid injuries to your bottom by remembering the “NO ROPE ZONES” for beginners (and experts too). These are places to never have tightened rope, a knot, or a rope connection - basically they’re “no pressure” zones, but it’s easier to just not put anything there.

Wow, thank you, great advice. The boy scout knots was a bit tongue in cheek. But really thank you for taking the time to post all this.
