Interesting idea, although I'd probably put more of a harness on, and use rope that would shrink in the water.
Of course when you live close to a sea that is freezing in summer you dan't get to do this type of thing.

Probably a pentagram as the pressure would be high on the chest. She is on an X frame. I've seen a few things like this and would love to do some beach/sea stuff. But you can't in the North Sea.
