I agree with her. So? I think Biden is too old to be running in 2024, but I believe the same of Trump--and certainly of Bernie Sanders. I don't think that anyone who will be 80 before the end of the term he/she is running for should run.

Please cite where she's suggesting she should run again herself.

Bernie Sanders is as sharp as a tack. Artificial barriers to political office and ageism is not the answer.
