I really need help with this guys, when you shave all your pubic hair off, how do you stop bumps coming up...? it seems the hair folicles come up in bumps... Any ideas how to get rid of them? or stop them from coming up at all??? any help would be good...

Search for shaving and or magic and you will come up with a lot of threads on this topic.

As far as I know, people either use a witchhazel/alcohol blend to rub on or the Bikini Zone cream that you can buy anywhere.

Bikini Zone. Buy it at the drug store. Works wonders, even for getting rid of the bumps you already have.

It was once suggested to me that you first apply hair conditioner for about 15 minutes before you shave, that way the hair softens, you get a close shave and no bumps. My Boyfriend does this and it works wonders, I prefer to shave then jump in the shower, I've never had the problem you say.

Alternatively, you could try waxing, that way you won't have the problem and you don't have to worry about hair for another 4 weeks.

Better yet, shave IN the shower. Let the heat from the warm water soften the hairs, use a shaving gel and then use a FRESH razor. I've hardly had any problems that way. Hopefully that'll help somewhat. And as far as any post-shaving things, maybe one of the suggestions here will work for you. Again I've never had that problem so I'll shut up & consider myself lucky.

One more suggestion

Go to kissmyface.com. Their moisture shave (it's not a foam and it's REALLY slippery!) makes shaving a breeze, and neither my husband nor I have had any trouble with razor burn, razor rash, or ingrown hairs (nasty and painful) since we started using it! Perk: it comes in lots of wonderful scents, or unscented!

Thank guys... I'll take some of your suggestions in tow.... Thanks heaps...

Hey Kozza...

This is the stuff I use too. Best of luck to ya!:D

shaving

I'm a guy, I shave my legs for cycling about twice a week.

I use the Kiss My Face stuff too, on legs as well as face, it's nice and slippery, not foamy.

TMA

There's a product called "Bikini Zone" (available in drugstores) that really helps with this problem. It smells kind of like rubbing alcohol but doesn't sting.

total agreement

I have to say that Bikini zone definitely works best. Imust have recommended it on the baords a hundred times already :)
