its true, she wasn't a joint account holder, but i gave her permssion. its a mute point however, i dont want the pain the money will come with.

but i am a strong believe in karma, and after all this, she will be her own downful. and i should win the lottery or something ... i dont think i am going to love again for a very, very long time, if ever. i was a total fool, but i can see that now, i think the loose of my niavtie was worth it. well not totally worth it, but errm, i guess you know what i mean

Ya, I agree when your right. Wasn't the first time Siren.

And get counseling. How many women have you seen go from one abusive relationship to another? Happens to men too.

however, as i own the house totally, she is pretty much homeless when she gets back.
Only "pretty much" homeless? In a week, you have time to pack her things and either

a) Have them waiting for her on the front lawn when she gets back, or

b) Deliver them to a women's shelter, goodwill, etc. She has all your money so she can buy new ones when all her old ones have disappeared.

A) is the high road, of course, but depending on how much she stole from you, I'd be looking at option B) and be very tempted.
